1. 운영자와 연락처

Inline Friends는 등록된 아카데미 법인이 아닌 개인이 운영하는 스케이팅 기록 서비스입니다. 운영자: [운영자 실명 — 확인 중]. 이 방침은 앱과 공식 안내 웹사이트에 적용됩니다.

개인정보 문의: inlinefriends.privacy@gmail.com. 운영자가 직접 이메일을 받아 정보 확인·정정·연결 해제·삭제 요청을 수동으로 검토하고 처리합니다.

2. Google 로그인과 계정 정보

Google 로그인으로 이메일, 이름, Google 식별자와 제공되는 프로필 이미지 URL을 받을 수 있습니다. 앱은 계정 식별자, 권한, 상태와 로그인 세션을 처리합니다. Google 비밀번호는 받지 않으며 Gmail이나 Drive의 내용을 읽는 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. Google 프로필 이미지 URL은 학생 사진 업로드 기능과 별개입니다.

3. 학생과 활동 기록

학생 기록에는 표시 닉네임, 선택적인 제한 공개 관리용 실명, 미리 준비된 아바타, 수업·출석, 카드 승인·획득 및 취소 이력, 경험치(XP)와 성취 기록이 포함됩니다. 계정과 학생의 연결, 초대 상태, 알림·보상 확인 기록, 개인정보 요청 및 보안·수정 감사 이력도 처리할 수 있습니다.

이 정보는 로그인과 권한 확인, 학생 연결, 스케이팅 활동과 성장 기록, 오류·중복 처리 방지 및 문의 대응에 사용합니다. 현재 학생 프로필에 별도의 이메일·전화번호, 주소·학교·생년월일을 받는 필드는 없습니다. GPS 이동 이력, 생체정보 등록이나 결제정보 수집 기능도 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 초대와 접근 권한

학생 기록은 초대와 승인된 계정 연결을 통해 접근합니다. 보호자는 연결된 학생, 스케이터는 승인된 자신의 학생 기록, 선생님과 관리자는 부여된 업무 권한 범위에서 접근합니다. Google 로그인만으로 학생 기록이 공개되지는 않습니다.

초대 QR과 수동 코드는 학생 이름 대신 임의의 토큰을 사용합니다. 앱은 진행 중 토큰을 메모리에 보관하고 로그인 후 서버에서 다시 확인합니다. 서버는 토큰의 해시와 사용 상태를 저장합니다. 공개 홈페이지와 다운로드 페이지에는 학생 기록을 표시하지 않습니다.

5. 카메라와 문자 인식(OCR)

카메라는 실물 카드 인식과 초대 QR 스캔에 사용됩니다. 카드 문자는 기기에서 인식하며 현재 앱 흐름은 카메라 이미지를 서버로 업로드하거나 사진 갤러리로 보관하지 않습니다. 문자 인식 중 임시 이미지 조각이 기기에 만들어지며 처리 후 삭제를 시도합니다. 파일 쓰기 오류나 앱·운영체제 중단으로 정리가 지연될 수 있습니다. 카드 획득 요청에는 인식된 카드 식별자가 전송되며 촬영 이미지는 전송되지 않습니다. 학생 프로필 사진 업로드 기능은 없습니다.

6. 기기 저장과 웹사이트 업데이트

기기에는 로그인 세션, 언어 설정, 선택된 학생 상태, 공개 콘텐츠 및 승인된 화면 표시용 캐시가 저장될 수 있습니다. 로그아웃·계정 전환 또는 명시적인 접근 거부 시 보호된 화면을 정리해 다른 계정에 노출되지 않도록 합니다. 일시적인 통신 장애에는 기존 승인 화면이 메모리에 남을 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제는 서버의 학생 이력을 삭제하는 절차가 아닙니다.

현재 Production 앱의 웹사이트 업데이트 확인은 비활성화되어 있습니다. 승인 후 활성화하면 앱이 공개 버전 파일을 가져와 기기에 설치된 버전과 비교하고, 선택 시 다운로드 페이지를 엽니다. 이 요청에는 계정·학생 식별자, 인증 토큰 또는 설치 버전을 보내지 않습니다. 접속 IP 등 일반 HTTPS 네트워크 정보는 호스트에 보일 수 있습니다.

7. 정보 확인·정정·연결 해제·삭제 요청

inlinefriends.privacy@gmail.com으로 원하는 요청 종류와 연락 가능한 회신 주소를 보내 주세요. 비밀번호, 인증 토큰, 초대 코드나 불필요한 학생 정보를 보내지 마세요. 운영자가 요청을 직접 검토하고 필요한 경우 신원·학생과의 관계 및 요청 범위를 확인하기 위해 연락합니다. 확인 방법과 세부 처리 기준은 검토 중이며 고정된 완료 기한을 약속하지 않습니다.

연결 해제는 해당 보호자의 접근 관계를 종료하는 것으로, 학생의 모든 이력이나 다른 보호자의 연결을 지우는 것과 다릅니다. 학생 삭제 요청은 별도 검토 요청이며 즉시 삭제가 아닙니다. 다른 보호자의 권한이나 보존할 기록이 관련된 요청은 범위를 확인한 뒤 처리합니다.

8. 계정 삭제 예약·보유·파기

앱의 보호자 계정 삭제 기능은 요청 시점부터 7일 뒤의 처리 예정일을 기록하며, 예정일 전에는 취소할 수 있습니다. 최종 자동 삭제는 활성화되어 있지 않습니다. 예약일이 되었다는 이유만으로 정보가 모두 지워졌다고 볼 수 없으며, 실제 처리 문의는 위 이메일로 보내 주세요. 운영자는 이메일 요청을 수동 처리하지만 완전한 학생·계정 기록 삭제를 위한 세부 운영 절차는 아직 정리 중입니다.

출석·카드·XP의 정정과 취소는 설명 가능한 이력을 남길 수 있습니다. 계정 요청이나 연결 해제만으로 관련 감사 이력과 백업까지 즉시 삭제되지는 않습니다. 항목별 보유기간: [보유기간 — 확인 중]. 최종 파기 기준·방법 및 백업 처리: [파기·백업 처리 기준 — 확인 중]. 확정되지 않은 자동 파기나 보유기간을 적용 중이라고 약속하지 않습니다.

9. 안전한 접근과 웹사이트

학생 정보 접근은 로그인 및 서버의 권한·계정 연결 검사로 제한됩니다. 학생의 관리용 실명은 일반 학생 표시 정보와 구분됩니다. 권한과 개인정보 처리는 앱 화면 표시만이 아니라 서버 검사를 따릅니다. 개인정보 요청을 검토할 때도 필요한 범위만 확인합니다.

현재 웹사이트 소스에는 광고·분석·제3자 스크립트나 문의 입력 폼이 없습니다. 실제 호스팅의 보안·접속 로그와 계정 수준 기능은 별도 확인 대상입니다. 웹 주소에 개인정보나 초대 코드를 넣지 마세요.

10. 서비스 제공업체와 국외 처리

Google은 기본 로그인 신원 확인과 기기 내 문자 인식에 사용됩니다. Supabase는 인증, 접근 제한된 계정·학생 기록 및 공개 콘텐츠 저장에 사용됩니다. Cloudflare는 공식 정적 웹사이트와 버전 파일·다운로드 제공을 위한 예정 호스팅 서비스입니다. 웹사이트 방문·다운로드 시 일반 접속 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

각 제공업체의 정확한 처리 역할, 재위탁업체와 보유기간은 아직 확인되지 않았습니다. 서비스 제공 과정에 한국 밖에서의 처리·접근·저장이 포함될 수 있으나 국가, 수령자, 항목, 시기·방법, 근거와 거부 절차는 확정되지 않았습니다. [국외 처리 세부사항 — 확인 중].

11. 아동 정보와 보호자 권한

학생 기록은 아동의 활동과 관련될 수 있습니다. 초대와 계정 연결은 누가 기록을 볼 수 있는지를 정하는 접근 절차입니다. 초대 화면의 안내 확인이나 권한 선언이 법정대리인의 동의를 검증하거나 보관했다는 의미는 아닙니다.

12. 방침 변경과 시행일

1. Operator and contact

Inline Friends is a skating-record service operated by an individual, not a registered academy company. Operator: [Operator legal name — pending]. This policy covers the app and its official information website.

Privacy contact: inlinefriends.privacy@gmail.com. The operator personally receives emails and manually reviews and handles access, correction, unlinking and deletion requests.

2. Google authentication and account information

Google sign-in may provide your email, name, Google identifier and profile-picture URL. The app handles account identifiers, roles, status and login sessions. It does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail or Drive content. A Google profile-picture URL is separate from a Student photo-upload feature.

3. Student and activity records

Student records include a display nickname, optional restricted administrative real name, premade avatar, classes and attendance, card authorizations, collection and revocation history, experience points (XP) and achievements. Account-to-Student links, invitation status, notice/reward receipts, privacy requests and security/correction audit history may also be processed.

These support authentication and permissions, Student linking, skating activity and progress records, error/duplicate prevention and request handling. Student profiles currently have no separate email/phone, address, school or birth-date fields. The app has no GPS-history, biometric-enrollment or payment-information collection feature.

4. Invitations and authorized access

Access to Student records requires an invitation and an authorized account link. Parents access linked Students; Skaters access their authorized Student record; teachers and administrators use assigned operational permissions. Google sign-in alone does not disclose Student records.

Invitation QR/manual codes use random tokens rather than Student names. The app holds a pending token in memory and rechecks it with the server after login. The server stores a token hash and lifecycle status. Public homepage and download pages do not show Student records.

5. Camera and text recognition (OCR)

The camera supports physical-card recognition and invitation QR scanning. Card text is recognized on the device; current app flows do not upload camera images to the server or keep a scan-photo gallery. Temporary image crops are created locally and deletion is attempted after processing. File-write errors or app/operating-system interruptions can delay cleanup. A card claim sends the resolved card identifier, not the camera image. There is no Student profile-photo upload feature.

6. Device storage and website updates

The device may store login sessions, language preferences, selected Student state, public content and authorized presentation caches. Logout, account switching or an explicit access denial clears protected views to prevent exposure to another account. A previously authorized view can remain in memory during a temporary network failure. Uninstalling the app is not a procedure for deleting server-side Student history.

Website update checks are currently disabled in the Production app. If later approved and enabled, the app fetches a public version document, compares it with installed metadata locally and opens the download page if you choose to update. The request does not send account/Student identifiers, authentication tokens or the installed version. The host can see ordinary HTTPS network information such as an IP address.

7. Access, correction, unlinking and deletion requests

Email inlinefriends.privacy@gmail.com with the type of request and an address for a reply. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, invitation codes or unnecessary Student information. The operator reviews requests personally and may contact you to confirm identity, your relationship to the Student and the request scope. Verification methods and detailed handling criteria remain under review; no fixed completion deadline is promised.

Unlinking ends that Parent’s access relationship; it is different from deleting all Student history or another Parent’s link. A Student deletion request is a separate review request, not immediate erasure. Requests affecting another Parent’s access or retained records require scope review before handling.

8. Account deletion scheduling, retention and destruction

The app’s Parent account-deletion feature records a scheduled processing date seven days after the request, with cancellation available before that date. Final automatic deletion is not activated. Reaching the scheduled date does not mean all information has been erased; contact the privacy email for actual processing questions. The operator handles email requests manually, while detailed procedures for complete Student/account-record erasure are still being developed.

Attendance, card and XP corrections/revocations may retain explanatory history. An account request or unlinking does not immediately remove related audit history and backups. 9. Security, access restrictions and website

Student access is restricted through authentication and server-side permission/account-link checks. Administrative real names are separated from ordinary Student presentation data. Authorization and privacy handling rely on server checks, not only hidden app screens. Privacy requests are reviewed using information needed for their scope.

The current website source contains no advertising, analytics or third-party scripts and no enquiry form. Actual hosting security/access logs and account-level features remain to be verified separately. Do not place personal information or invitation codes in website URLs.

10. Service providers and overseas processing

Google is used for basic identity authentication and on-device text recognition. Supabase is used for authentication, access-controlled account/Student records and public-content storage. Cloudflare is the planned hosting service for the official static website, version document and downloads. Ordinary connection information may be processed when visiting the site or downloading files.

The providers’ precise processing roles, subprocessors and retention details have not been verified. Providing the service may involve processing, access or storage outside Korea, but countries, recipients, items, timing/methods, legal basis and refusal procedures are not finalized. 11. Children’s information and guardian authority

Student records may concern children’s activities. Invitations and account links determine who can access records. Acknowledging an invitation notice or declaring authority does not mean legal-representative consent has been verified or retained.

12. Policy changes and effective date
